Tracklisting - Hour 1

Artist Track Label Buy? (readme)
Bassbin Twins ESW Marine Parade
This is the intro track we play at the start of every show.

Ils
The Next Level Marine Parade
A didgeriedoo driven bassline over some nice string pads, this was one of the signature tracks of 2002, I remember hearing Norman Cook play this and just being blown away by the bassline.

Orbital
Nothing Left (Breeder Remix) FFRR
Breeder can always be relied upon to produce dark rolling prog house remixes, the original orbital track lends itself perfectly to this treatment, although a lot of the elements get shed in the process. The signature vocal remains and sounds great droppping in and out through the track.
Roger Goode feat Tasha
In The Beginning (Ferry Corsten Remix) FFRR
Yikes another FFRR track back to back, but with a major mood contrast, this is upbeat and happy pop-trance which by some miracle *isn't* plain annoying - which can only be a good thing. I'm sure I'll score no points with the beard stroking music fans out there, but I *love* this record.

Elekrotek
Supafly Distinctive Breaks
Featuring Mike Truman from the jaw droppingly good Hybrid this track offers hard as nails beats, dreamy pads and a diva almost yelling the lyrics. So Just my cup of tea then.

Rennie Pilgrem, BLIM & MC Chickaboo
2 Freaks
Lots of big names here, and big beats, bass and breaks to go with MC Chickaboo's vocals, and a pretty freaky cover too....

Sons of Slough
Check Out Ya Pa (Phil Kieran Mix) Whole 9 Yards
I have no idea what the lyrics mean, but who cares, it makes the dancefloor move and that's what it's meant to do.
Paul Oakenfold
Southern Sun Perfecto
Officially the world's biggest DJ, and the most requested track on the show, his original productions are better than a lot of DJ albums, and this record shows that he can do more than play other people's records.

Paul Van Dyk
Forbidden Fruit (BT's Fruit Of Love Mix) Vandit
One of those records that builds and builds, kinda low tempo for a trance record, but it has a lot more energy just trhough it's excellent production. BT & Paul Van Dyk together always produce great things.
Hellpass
Exploder Renaissance
Classic dark progressive house, this turned up on a compilation and I loved it, great as a mood setter, with wierd ambient noises and indecipherable lyrics.

Koma & Bones
Fundamental
Dark, Atmospheric breaks with a bit of a jazz tint in there.... just my thing then.

Smokin Jo
Yanu Fluential
Tribal progressive house track which samples the speech from the end of 'The Matrix' (the original and best - let's hope Revolutions ends the trilogy on a high eh?).

Harry Morse Project
I'm On Fire (Faze Action Remix) Bigwave
Keeping the drum theme going we head for south america for some latin house.

Jan Driver
Soulshaka Infusion
The Siren always causes a buzz on the dancefloor, this track makes a great finale to a night, especially when you can crank the bass up.

Hour 2 - Guest DJ - M.O.D.

A real underground trooper, this guy volunteered to help out at Teaser when we found we needed someone to work the map point, he also happened to be a DJ with a more than respectable demo CD. Packed full of top tracks, heavy drums and fat bassbin troubling basslines, MOD is this weeks guest on theDMZ.

Stay Funky....
see ya Next Week.
